So I’ve just finished a draft of Alex and Nicola’s album from last year which they’ve ordered for their anniversary. Still a couple more colour changes to do first, but thought I’d share it.
I never really feel like my job is done until I’ve handed a couple their wedding album. Once they’ve got a set of high resolution .jpegs, a lot of my clients choose to save some money by arranging an album themselves. That said, I usually follow up a year later to see how they’re getting on with it and whether they’d like something doing for their anniversary. The answer is quite often ‘Yes… PLEASE!’
To be fair, I know some couples who really make amazing creations with their photos, with homemade albums full of pasted in invitations and bits of confetti. It’s a lot of work though which I think too many couples forget and it actually makes me a bit sad to think of my work getting left abandoned on a hard drive. Especially when you get a day as beautiful as this.
