A commercial magazine shoot and video review this time for Sailing Today, a UK-based magazine reviewing the latest Hallberg-Rassey boat in its Orust home. An absolutely astonsihing boat in terms of the care given to it which mainly came out in the interior shots. Above deck, the weather was against us when we took the boat out with a mixture of rain and, when the sun did peek out, it was against the wind which meant the best shots weren’t at full tilt. All credit to my driver for some masterful maneuvering for fly-past shots which let me get the whole boat from front to stern.

I actually found the filming a very satisfying addition to my usual stills work… video editing less so… but there’s a lot of potential to include this in future jobs so watch this space.
